Terms of Service

1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form and deposit payment. Verbal agreements or WhatsApp conversations alone do not constitute a confirmed booking. Mamijojo reserves the right to decline any booking.
2. Deposits & Payments
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total invoice is required to confirm your event booking. The balance is due 7 days before the event date. For events booked within 14 days, full payment is required at booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: 50% of deposit refunded. Cancellations 15-30 days before: 25% of deposit refunded. Cancellations within 14 days of the event: no refund. All cancellations must be made in writing.
4. Changes to Booking
Changes to guest numbers, menu, or service requirements must be communicated at least 14 days before the event. Increases in guest numbers may attract additional charges. We cannot guarantee accommodation of last-minute changes.
5. Equipment Rentals
Rental equipment remains the property of Mamijojo at all times. The client is responsible for any damage to, or loss of, rental equipment during the rental period. Damaged or missing equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
6. Force Majeure
Mamijojo will not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather, or civil unrest.
7. Liability
Mamijojo's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
